I received an open box from Airsplat with an item missing. Even after Airsplat received a refund from UPS for the claim, they accused me of lying and I had to fight for 3 months for a refund. I fanially got them to refund me $17.00 for the item when they actualy recieved $30.00 from UPS for the item and the shipping. And they called me dishonest???

they would not return my calls and when I e-mailed them they returned generic e-mails not even related to my claim. They still refuse to speak to me so I have resorted to this......

Yea i just Orderd a $140 airsoft sniper rifle and the tracking number or order number isent working and if i just lost $140 ill so so *** pissed even though on youtube before i purchased the item i wacthed a couple review and most people said they purchased it from airsplat so i hope they aint as *** as people think. :( :( :( :( :( :sigh :sigh :sigh

I bought an L96 sniper and sum bbs from them, I called them right after the purchase, and the phone number wasnt even real.. im gonna be RLY pissed, im 16 and just put $ 3000 on my account, and if they are frauds, if they do ANYTHING fake or if they dont ship me the right stuff or thigns like that, Im gonna get this straight with the cops :grin

Trust me. Their customer service is a horrible joke. The non-generic responses I have gotten were at best ignorant and at worst, insulting. They were quick to claim the problem with my order was somehow my fault. Trust me, it wasn't. This is the most horrible online shopping experience I've ever had -- and I haven't even recieved the item yet. I can only hope it isn't as badly mangled as the rest of their company seems to be. DON'T EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM AIRSPLAT. There are plenty of other reputable companies with better prices and service.

WOW! I had no idea! And here I was going to spend over $150 on that website! WOW! I guess I'm lucky to have found this thread. This was a big help. I really wish those ***holes would get their **** together and send the right stuff! Two of my brothers just recently bought over $100 of merchandise each! I don't know how they would have reacted if that happened to them! Come to think of it, my little brother's M14 has an ETREMELY loose handle...either that, or he just *** at taking care of it.

I too just had a horrible experience with them. They sent my son a broken gun and then when I returned it they would not refund the shipping. The customer service reps were very sarcastic telling me "if I could get UPS to refund then then I would get my refund." They also accused me of being dishonest saying there wasn't anything wrong with the gun to begin with amd it was in "perfect" condition and their tech support enjoyed playing with my gun. Everyone should file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, bbbonline.org. I did.

i bought an spring sniper rifle from them for 59.95. i waited a few days for it to arive and it never did. i emailed them and they replied back it wuz out of stock wtf? then they said when we get it it would ship. they finnally got it in and waited a week to ship it out. i am currently still waiting for my gun to come in the mail since july 1st. :( :( :( :(

i too just purchased $95 worth of merchandise from airsplat. I really hope i don't run into the troubles other people have had. i didn't research the reliability of airsplat before making my purchase. i'll be pissed if this falls through

Airsplat took my payment and provided a false tracking number. When I emailed them about this issue they erased that order, saying I hadn't actually placed one, however, they didn't remove it from my customer history. Stupid, Stupid, Stupid. I asked for a refund. I'm told I'll get it in 3-5 days.
